I just look at CHOP/RSI and Price-Volume Rank to predict movements based on current trends, but those only work in the very, very near term, and obviously no PVR on the dollar anyway. Moving averages are a better predictor of future movements, esp when lines are crossed or bounced off of, but I can't read those because I'm dumb. I do think DXY will continue to go up until either the election, vaccine news, or Congress passes stimulus, whichever comes first. The looming uncertainty means nobody wants to spend any money or hold anything but cash (for the most part).

I think people are too optimistic on all 3 of those for the time being, the Republicans burned the Dems pretty good on Stimulus 2: Electric Boogaloo, in that they made it look like the dem's fault it wasn't passed (it was) so if they go scorched earth on the stock market/economy to even things out I won't be surprised. Vaccines don't develop this quickly, regardless of what the news is saying. Election has a million possible ways it could go very, very south for everyone. Nonetheless, cutting unemployment benefits has had the effect of forcing people to take any job they could get, meaning employees are underpaid (good for business), paying bills (also good for business), and lowers unemployment numbers, if artificially.

Tesla is certainly a tech company. They're investing heavily into the manufacturing aspect, building some of the most sophisticated automobile factories in the world. They also develop proprietary EV software that's ahead of all the legacy automakers. They also invest in battery technology, which goes outside of autos and into general energy storage. Their battery in Australia has already paid for itself.

All the other automakers are behind Tesla in creating mass produced consumer EVs. Ford having a shitty looking electric Mustang and a demo version of an electric F150 does not put them anywhere close to beating out Tesla, and Ford is already getting the jump on other legacy brands. KODK was capped at $60.00 because of the halt. No idea how the fuck these caps are decided though TLRY's squeeze was capped at a clean $300.00 unless that's just the charts not being able to represent it properly. Must be some circuit breaker but who knows what the rule is.
