So FNGU and TQQQ are back on the menu, right? Battery day damage is done, things seem to have found a bottom, markets have "reacted" to what the Fed has been talking about, everyone knows about the fucked up stimulus garbage, etc etc

Friendly reminder to all that salvation (from hell) is by faith only in Christ alone. And that eternal life is a free gift of God.

Many of you I'm sure will be very rich on earth but you can't take it with you. Mark 8:36 says:

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

You don't have to go to church to be saved although it'd be nice if you did. It's whosoever believeth.

Ask Jesus to save you if you believe the pic related (the gospel)

In the long term stocks will win, because inflation is coming, once we get over the coofing meme.

In the short term, this VIX increase is nothing more than margin calling and panic for liquidity from institutions (hence why metals were down too on Friday). Retailers dumping also increased the demand of course too.

GME’s market cap isn’t even near where it should be with the cash they have on hand and earnings they made for Q1. GME is undervalued. Let alone what they are about to reel in for this brand new console cycle. Guaranteed more sales for GME. More than it has had done since the last console cycle. GME has an online website, digital, physical, hardware, accessories and in store sales as well as something more that is above and beyond the competition, they have used hardware, games and accessories. GME is a gaming only store so gamers can be comfortable around other gamers and make frens along the way. GME gamer only store makes it to easily navigate, quickly finding and purchasing what you want/need to get back to gaming right away. GME has funko pop. GME is 100% shorted. GME is the path to gains, even just to value the company correctly plus the new revenues piling in from the new anticipated, FOMOing, have to have, new shiny’s, higher specs, new controllers, new designs, new exclusives, new new new console cycle!!!

Real estate will pick back up starting in spring 2021, it's extremely cyclical. Winter is the slow part of the cycle. Once people refine home buying and the like to compensate for corona, we'll see retard bubble levels of real estate activity again. If there's a vaccine between now and then, housing will be nuts in 2021.

I just look at CHOP/RSI and Price-Volume Rank to predict movements based on current trends, but those only work in the very, very near term, and obviously no PVR on the dollar anyway. Moving averages are a better predictor of future movements, esp when lines are crossed or bounced off of, but I can't read those because I'm dumb. I do think DXY will continue to go up until either the election, vaccine news, or Congress passes stimulus, whichever comes first. The looming uncertainty means nobody wants to spend any money or hold anything but cash (for the most part).

I think people are too optimistic on all 3 of those for the time being, the Republicans burned the Dems pretty good on Stimulus 2: Electric Boogaloo, in that they made it look like the dem's fault it wasn't passed (it was) so if they go scorched earth on the stock market/economy to even things out I won't be surprised. Vaccines don't develop this quickly, regardless of what the news is saying. Election has a million possible ways it could go very, very south for everyone. Nonetheless, cutting unemployment benefits has had the effect of forcing people to take any job they could get, meaning employees are underpaid (good for business), paying bills (also good for business), and lowers unemployment numbers, if artificially.

>>22736409
The value of assets is measured in # of dollars, but asset value does not inherently change from day to day. Therefore, if the dollar is trending up, the asset measured by it then falls. If math makes it easier, try this: an asset is $1 on the same day DXY is at 100; the following day, DXY is at 110. By dividing 100/110, we would get approx $0.91, the new value of the asset, even though it's worth just as much. In this scenario, the dollar is appreciating in value while literally everything else is going down, therefore a pullback is expected. This is why the Fed is trying to reach a 2% inflation rate.

Tesla is certainly a tech company. They're investing heavily into the manufacturing aspect, building some of the most sophisticated automobile factories in the world. They also develop proprietary EV software that's ahead of all the legacy automakers. They also invest in battery technology, which goes outside of autos and into general energy storage. Their battery in Australia has already paid for itself.

All the other automakers are behind Tesla in creating mass produced consumer EVs. Ford having a shitty looking electric Mustang and a demo version of an electric F150 does not put them anywhere close to beating out Tesla, and Ford is already getting the jump on other legacy brands. Tesla simply was in the right place at the right time and they're going to continue growing because of it.

If I'm understanding correctly, the institutions themselves will also need to take profit during a squeeze just so the short sellers would have shares to buy back.
like in this example >>22737715
After a short seller buys the share back from retail to cover, the institution needs to sell it to the other short seller so they can cover with the the other institution.

because there's basically more shares shorted than the real amount accessible to the short sellers. Some shareholders will not or cannot sell.

Gamestop actually has a chance of holding its value this time though, so GME could actually hold its value above $50 if all they need to do is expand their e-commerce and sell computer shit like Bestbuy. Gaming industry continues to grow and there's more demand than ever for PC parts.

eventually they will be losing money on interest. Like if interest rate is at 200% or something, it would be retarded to stay uncovered when interest fees mean you only break even if the stock goes to $0 in 6 months.

Nigger there's 0 chance they hold that much value this fall. Maybe they'll hit that again in the future of Cohen can work his magic but you're bonkers if you think there's enough legitimate investors willing to buy $50 GME in November 2020 to keep the price up there.

>I heard they hired Trevor Milton over at Gamestop.
>It's no different than the late 90's when a company stock would jump 50-100 percent just by adding ".com" to their name.
>I’m buying puts tomorrow lol such an obvious pump GameStop bankruptcy in 2 years
>I bought more puts too, because this is just dumb. I'm just wondering if I should have bought Nov expiration instead of Oct
