How much will one need to get rich off of crypto? I feel like this isn't enough. Is it too late to get rich on crypto?

You'll need to get lucky, anon, but you're not going to get rich with 1K in Bitcoin.
1st of all, you'll need at least 10K. You can get 10K in a day with 1K if you're lucky and get into something early and get out on time. There is something that'll X10 today. Something else tomorrow. The trick is figuring out what it'll be.
That's also the gamble.
Once you hit 10K you diversify and hold, maybe playing around with 1K, looking for another quick pump.
But you are basically just saving 1K in a relatively stable coin with a high risk, highly volatile market. It's like interest in a savings account but with a higher risk/reward factor.
Goodluck, nufren. You'll need it.
Also: If you see more than 3 threads on /biz/ at the same time dedicated to one coin, chances are it's a scam. Stay away.

i knew this but completely ignored it when the STA shilling was in full force. that shilling was completely inorganic. i have no idea how i thought that people genuinely cared about my financial wellbeing and took their time to make paragraphs-long informational guides and flyers in photoshop about STA.

I doubt it. People are saying it, but unless you're making big splashes in Bitcoin, your gains will be minimal.
I think Chainlink is going to have another run before Bitcoin.
That said, Bitcoin and Ethereum are your safest bets for small, consistent growth. Especially if you're looking to invest and forget. But if you want to make it, you've got to play it.

Looks like LINK is a confirmed scam coin since a while back

Chainlink was a Ponzi Scheme that got memed into a real coin. The Ponzi Collapsed in last month. Early adopters got rich. Nufags got played. But the memes attracted the Normies who are too stupid to realize that they are the bottom row on the Ponzi Scheme and are going to hold forever.
Once the whales realize this, they'll pump it again and dump hard AF, this time crushing the "forever hold" retards too. But if you're smart enough to get in on the action, you'll see another Link payday.

I'm still gonna hold my BTC and ETH. I have 1 LTC too. What about XRP? Is that something that can bring a lot of returns?

Bought 8k OM with some of my 2500$ stimulus. Put it immediately to stake. 88% APR. Spent less than 2k and earning 3$ a day. That's about 100$ a month at current crashed prices.

BTC and a little bit of ETH are unironically the only non-shitcoins worth holding long term. If you can hold for a few years, you should 10x on that alone. You may want to sprinkle in a couple shitcoins to juice your returns, but make sure to sell your profit back into BTC.

Yes easily, but only by actively swing trading.
Though this is best done by bots, but a decent bot should be able to scalp about 1% profit per day on average.
