I think you took almost enough. Don't expect to easily break through to some magical realm. Psilocybin will make you feel sorta like you aren't yourself, that's ok. It's a paradoxical result of self-awareness. Closed eye visuals and a pulsating room is what you'll probably get with 3-4g. I think having a person around helps because it's easier to talk that way. You'll be able to express yourself better because you have that person grounding you. Once you're comfortable it can be nice to have a simultaneous trip with somebody else, though. If you want to blast off into a different dimension, do DMT. I haven't tried it but I know that's the most intense, out-of-body psychedelic a person can experience.

I wanted to ask because as a consequence of my self improvement process I spent a lot of time communicating with my subconscious through dreams, sensory feelings, emotions, and music lyrics this year thanks to the corona situation causing me to live isolated from the world and my work place.

There were 2 times when I felt there was something in my room nearby, and the first time it felt dangerous and evil like multiple black shadows, but this came from my subconscious feelings and I couldn't see anything myself.
I felt as if I would be able to really see these entities if I wished for it, but I remembered some of the schizos explaining what their life was like and was too afraid of trying it out to see if I could change my perception.
Is it possible to just wish for the ability to see this spiritual world?
And if this happens is it permanent? Is there a way to revert it back to normal?

Tbh, I saw someone suggest it in detail on biz. The truth of the matter is that it’s more important to get to that state of meditation where you go out of body, typically around 3+ hours in, than it is to execute any sort of style of meditation. I’d focus on getting there before adopting any specific regimen.

It’s tough. The anon that talked about it said he had done 12 hours and that’s just insane because 4 was so fucking deep down the rabbit hole I can’t even imagine 8.

Doing this IS the trip that you get on shrooms, but better. Combining them could surely have some good effects. Tripping shrooms is a special experience and since it’s a psychedelic that you can be functional while taking, id highly recommend walking around in some cool natural place rather than sitting there meditating. However it could be extremely wholesome to focus your mushroom chi while meditating. Haven’t tried it.

Unfortunately I don't know my ancestors.
As most of my family is narcissistic since multiple generations there are only a few good people who suffered in it who would help me. But I can sense that I am getting some form of help and support from unknown entities.

I don't know if this is related but before the other experiences my subconscious showed me a few times realistic dreams of my last moments before my death.
A few times this also happened while I was conscious during the day.
It felt as if I was close to the truth of my life's meaning and as if each time I saw a few seconds more of this before going back to my current present which was my past in that dream.
I was too afraid to see what was on the other side at the end of dream and woke up quickly each time, because I felt I may not be able to come back and if I did I would not be who I am.
But when I woke up each time it was clear to me for a few seconds that I had to use my limited time to the best I can and be more active.
It also felt as if I did not have a free will and everything was predetermined and already happened in the past which I am allowed to experience again.
Do you know what could happen if I saw this dream through to the end?

My real life started only 3 years ago when I survived a near death experience, and I went through multiple death and life cycles of my ego after that event without having had the time to live with my original ego for more than a few months.
I want to understand the truth of this universe and of my life's meaning before deciding of the way I want to live my life with my remaining time.
Reaching the truth of this world without altering my consciousness is also one of my life's goal.
This after death experience would allow me to learn a lot, but it's also too soon if I can't go back to my current life after it happens.

It's really strange. I get a very strong reaction from my subconscious at almost every page I am reading of this book.
I tried out recorded hypnosis out of curiosity half a year ago and found a strange garden with a gigantic tree hidden behind a door in the deepest place of a building by going down floors.
This garden was not suggested by the hypnosis and appeared in my mind when I opened this door to what first looked like a tropical forest when entering it.
When I went deeper it became more like a plain with this gigantic tree that had very strong and deep roots and I imagined myself sitting under it with a very strong feeling of calmness. I thought this was some sort of mental image created by my subconscious as some kind of inner fortress and source of strenght in my mind.
But now I feel this may be an older memory from a different life and a real place.
It seems I will have to make more attempts at hypnosis to understand this...
