Basically whenever anyone sells this, most of the ETH will be used for buyback, stabilizing the price and distributing the tokens to the stakers.

You should look at the white paper as it’s kind of complex from what I remember. There’s a set amount available per day to claim for Hex holders but a portion of this everyday after the first is taxed and put back into the auction house or something for buybacks.
