It's legitimate but the token needed to meet the percentage requirements hasn't pumped again lately. BNB is pumping and has 60% staking rewards and if I understand correctly be used with the Binance card which they said in an interview is basically the same as the Swipe card except for a few things. Swipe is cool but you don't want to be hodling your money in it unless you absolutely need the card right now because it could be in UNI, NYAN, or BNB.

sorry, I was typing fast. There's also the card that uses CRO from crypto.com but I don't know much about it. I wouldn't recommend Ternio Blockcard because it has a $10 a month fee and uses a variant of Stellar Lumens as its token.
