I fully agree with your reasoning for not selling OP. I only buy quality projects, and even then it's a risk, as I put in my own money. For the reasons you mentioned, UNI is a quality project with likely huge gains from here. Very possibly top 10, up there around BNB. However, holding this is absolutely zero risk. If it dumps I lose nothing, if it pumps I gain big. Right now it's volume is insane and it's being talked about over every project out there. I'm holding for a while, or an extremely promising small cap (2m or less cap) comes out. (Similar vibes to TRB, Akro, Stake, UBT, etc).
Until then, holding this is the biggest no brainer out there. Hope everyone enjoys their PS5.
