If Chinese users of BSN apps are paying in renminbi and only exposed to renminbi, then if the nodes they're interacting with are being paid in the network token (LINK, ETH, XTZ, etc), then there's some kind of swap taking place at the time of transaction. Instead renmibi is transferred bank to bank (internal to China) as usual and never leaves the system. But 'fees' are paid to the nodes in their native token through China-based intermediaries (exchanges or whatever) who in turn pay the nodes? Something like that?
