I am one of the developers who left.

The project is great and I love the people still.

Since this is a community project devs can come and go as they please. I don't see this as problem and this is just how it goes in community projects.

So why did I leave? I couldn't see an actual role to get filled in as I am not that familiar with the very details of the Waifu subculture. I had some ideas that I started (and still will get finished) but that's not part of the core focus of this project (rather nice-to-have supportive tools).

Currently I am working on what I was working before I left and will contribute my work to the project but I am not going to continue interfering with the community. Either it will be accepted or refused. But that's not for me to decide, I can re-use this in other projects.

However, if there is anything that I could see needs some improvement is the actual marketing, finally finishing the roadmap and the "lead" discussion.

I think it is just a communication problem to put a person informally as lead and then the same person refers to the lead as "everyone". People demand clarity.

But this can be solved.

However, Eiko and Hash are both highly autistic dev beasts and therefore I am not concerned about the technical fundamentals.
