Avoiding getting raped on Coinbase fees

Is there any way to avoid the fucking high fees to move my BTC to a stablecoin (only option on Coinbase seems to be USDC)?
Should I move them first to Binance and swap out to Tether, are Tether fees less?
It's going to cost $120 to move 2 BTC into USDC which is ass.

I haven't had or wanted to do this since around 2017 and it looks like Coinbase haven't changed much with their rapey fees

having checked out the coinmetro fees, they do seem to be the lowest I've seen of a somewhat-reputable exchange

If you're in Aus check out independent reserve, 0.5% trading fee and that's it, it does have KYC if that's something you're trying to avoid. I find their market rates are much better than shit like CoinSpot and those cunts have hidden fees on top of that

Crypto.com is pretty good. Def don't keep your coins on there minus CRO for the staking rewards but it's not charging fees right now.

Binance.us usually charges $5 for every $1000. For awhile they weren't charging anything. I loaded up on Ethereum for basically free. Again, don't keep your coins on there (except Algo, they stake it automatically).

Coinbase is the robinhood of crypto. IE it's for normies to get fucked over on buying 1/100th of a bitcoin.
