For this to happen, the "manipulator" would have to consistently dump millions and millions worth of link tokens consistently. If link was as revolutionary as you imagine it to be, then there would be huge buying pressure from other big boy players who would greedily gobble up all of these dumps and very very soon the manipulator would be rekt because the market would have deemed the token to be worth more than his "downward manipulated"
price.

When millionaires, vcs, funds, and exchanges aren't greedily scooping up every single link they can at $12 its for a reason. Now go be a good muhreen and swallow the dumps.
