Hi frens !

I have a huge problem. I've been keeping my ocean protocol on ledger nano s about 40 days. According to what I read, the address should change automatically. Unfortunately, nothing happened and now I have blocked funds without being able to send to the exchange. Did anyone have such a problem? Help! :)

bump, having the same problem. contacted them, they said there working on it. doesnt show up on my ledger, but its on eth scan. cant send because it uses old contract. they said they would help if i really needed it.

Similar thing happened to me with Cardano.
I couldn't withdraw my funds even when I put in my seed in an other wallet. Maybe they are upgrading something? I don't hold any OCEAN so I'm not sure how the infrastructure works. I would just try another wallet. Best thing is probably to wait a few days. I'm sure the devs are aware of it.

Until Ledger decides to update the contract, use MEW (or Metamask) to access your tokens

open MEW

go to “custom tokens” on the right

where you add this:

New Token Contract Address: 0x7afebbb46fdb47ed17b22ed075cde2447694fb9e
Symbol: OCEAN2
Decimals: 18
