Yeah i work long hours, but at least its a comfy small-residence receptionist job

People who either are, or become Supervisors/Manager/"Superiors" all to often forget to stay friends with the reception/cleaning/housekeeping staff. Those people are true bros and when shit hits the fan, always have your back. Plus they essentially run the whole show.
