You could try Local Monero, but it's got shit volume. Alternatively Local Bitcoin or some alternative and try a tumbler, then exchange for Monero. I don't think VPNs really offer that much anonymity and Tor is ran by the CIA, so good luck. All in Minecraft, of course.
