Why is crypto a superior technology? I can use a bank app on my phone and give and receive money with my contacts, 100% free of charge, instantly, directly from my bank account.
How can there be an improvement over this? Is it just a scam?

The jew fears anonymous money transfers.

Security you bank requires many layers of middlemen and exists within a framework where Fiat money is the standard. Where the smartcontract uses math based guarantees to give you a better banking experience, with actual interest instead of .02% per year.

It is clear that this is important as when financial collapses happen in Greece, Venezuela, wherever crypto wallets spawn at incredible rates and new users flood in. Each financial collapse make BTC/DeFi stronger while the banks/governments lose recognition.

Crypto is anti-fragile. Government lead economies are not.

that innovation literally only exists because of crypto, and it's still limited to small denomination money movements.

if you want to move more than $1000 in less than 5 days you need to pay at least $30 just for the privilege of transferring YOUR money, and it still isn't instant OR final - as wires often get clawed back by the sending institution for any of a number of reasons.

You're right. I can only use it for small amounts.

Thank you all guys for the info. I guess the technology really does have future after all.

1. Decentralized
2. Anti-inflationary, which is especially important in countries not in the Eurozone or America
3. Bitcoin itself is closer to a gold standard currency than the USD itself
4. You're still early on the crypto market itself -- as adoption becomes more widespread you can expect your early transfers into these systems to appreciate
5. Converting between currencies is fucking annoying and a singular currency accepted everywhere would be quite nice; however, current market volatility considering the early nature of crypto is an impediment to this

>eth fees are $30 just to send a basic tx
try $5, retard. besides, you're also retarded for implying
>eth is the only crypto
there are plenty of other easily purchased, reasonably stable coins you can transfer and cash out paying fractions of a cent in fees (see: xrp, usdc, bch, like 1/3 of the top 50 by market cap)
