Degenerate scams that prey on moonboys who missed out on the yfi, yfii, yfl, and yfb craze. They're all shilled in the same manner using the same tactics.
>LOW SUPPLY
>LIQUIDITY LOCKED
>TOKEN BURN
>GOVERNANCE KEYS BURNED
>EASY X100
Never invest in these coins. The developers who have set up a liquidity lock beforehand usually find a way around Unicrypt's measures. For example, the founder of the Maki scam had sent out thousands of coins to unlocked wallets that would dump the price if it reached a certain threshold. Pretty genious scam as the scammer knew all of the boxes to check when it comes to preying on moonboys.
What is a moonboy? The moonboy is a mongrel. If you mention excessive token burning and show them a unicrypt page with a high rating, it will blindly fomo into your project.
In the event that it isn't a scam, these projects are usually shilled by PND groups. The PND groups use the same tactics on /biz/ to shill their project. They'll mention burning and locked liquidity even if the project is a messy fork of a superior one or if it has awful tokenomics. Once enough of us buys into it, they'll dump their bags on us and shill some other shitty project.
It's interesting to note that these groups have no idea about board culture. They don't use meme arrows, and their vernacular is foreign. If you read their posts, then you should be able to tell that they're ignorant to 4chan culture. Also notice how they never link to a token's etherscan page, they don't want you to see the top hodlers.
>but those .finance scams that don't have yf in them
Scammers are slowly moving away from using yf since investors are becoming more aware of their bullshit. Now they're using ".finance" due to the success of NYAN and HARVEST. However, these scams tend to have the same tokenomics as the yf clones on top of the same type of shilling seen with the yf clones.
Stay safe and DYOR
