as far as the arthritis goes. nothing that i’m aware of. maybe it’s just become my normal and i haven’t realized it because it’s been gradual
but you know how you sleep wrong and you wake up with taco neck and you can’t turn your head a certain way because it fucking kills. so you stretch it out a few days and it gets better?
well it hasn’t gotten better almost a month later. on top of that the nerve hurts all the way down the elbow. and past the elbow is pins and needles randomly with my hand being numb constantly
