Should take out a loan and wait until it's forgiven?

Probably not and if so it's unlikely mortgages would be included barring hyperinflating the debt away.

Hmm I sure wonder where you heard the phrase "debt jubilee" recently. Honestly the only reason I'm comfortable taking out student loans right now is not only the fact I could pay for all 4 years + masters program if I absolutely had to out of pocket now, but also the fact there seems to be lots of pressure to forgive all of the federal student debt. Obviously private loans wouldn't be affected but who gives a shit

unironically used loan money to buy crypto like ETH and DMG. It worked out.
