I've gotten a lot of people to pay me in crypto for services or when going out to eat and splitting a tab. A lot of people have cash app. their bitcoin transfers are slow as fuck but you can still get paid in crypto

Crypto is used in a lot of third world tier countries over the USD and has made a pretty stable use case as an alternative to gold since it doesn't need to be transferred in a physical state.
I still don't think it's a great investment because there's other options that yield higher returns but as someone whos been very critical of bitcoin I can at least admit there is a use case for it and it isn't a scam. If you are one of those people who likes to have a broad portfolio than sure have some BTC but I still think leveraged tech ETFs are a better performing asset. I wouldn't shit on someone for holding BTC though.
