RH is probably the only broker I used so far, mainly when I got my feet wet with trading, that ever closed me out of ITM short single legs and I got slapped with multiple early assignments. The other brokers I used I pretty much never been assigned early once for ITM short legs, let alone stopped me out of taking delivery for an expiring option. You get what you paid for after all.

The issue is the share holders expect a certain price, maybe $20 if it goes private. He suggests he will be buying more cheap here and will buy high as well to seal the 50%. I just know you need serious buying power to truly fuck over the shorts, not sure who will initiate it.
