>Why is the price of PM’s dropping when the stock market drops? Shouldn’t it be the opposite?

In March during the first dip the theory was people had to sell what they could [PMs] to raise liquidity, not what they wanted. Thus you saw PMs go down with everything but then bounced strong when cooler heads prevailed and cash started flowing in.

On a more day-to-day aspect my guess is (((they))) aren’t yet ready to give up the pricing control over PMs meaning you’ve got an external force overriding the natural order of the market, at least for now.

Whether it’s the white hats or black hats is up to you but the point remains as long as those with the power to “adjust” markets exist and exercise their power to do so, pricing will be murky at best if not down right opaque.

So Senate Republicans are saying no Stimulus deal until after the election. So that means they are going to let the market and economy tank until they are literally forced to do something. Why are these DC subhumans so useless? Both parties are utter aids and deserve swift and merciless judgment. Feeling like we are going to see another crash like March. So stocks and PMs are going to get hit, right? I’m thinking of unloading some of my miner positions now in order to buy in later. >Nationalize gold and silver miners.

Governments will only do so if the risk of nationalizing the asset is less than the risk of not nationalizing the asset. Which is to say if the government with the biggest dick would frown upon a less well endowed government nationalizing an asset, the asset probably won’t be nationalized.

For example Mexico would be hard pressed to nationalize a silver mine if the US made it clear there would be consequences from doing so. Now whether or not the US would care is another story but while a sovereign nation may seem to have many options open to them [nationalization] the reality of what they actually can do is greatly constrained.

The PM bull case is made on deeper macro memes. Right now you can say there is an inverse relationship with the US Dollar strength and metals. DXY on the chart, but trade-weighted USD also works. Basically it comes down to MONETARY inflation (not cost-push, higher VAT, different inflation).

The smart brain econs think that the dollar will be stronger because mathematically QE by the Fed indicates and leads to strong deflationary pressures and under the current regulations they can't actually print money. Good for dollar and US bonds, bad for everything else.

One caveat to this is the possibility for rule changes like >>22394484

FOMC meeting is next week... VERY CRUCIAL
>Announcement of FedAccounts incoming with the new stimulus
As bullish as possible for PMs
>Announce another impulse of QE
Initial impulse up for PMs, will devolve into stronger deflation
>Announce that no more QE will happen.
Bad for every asset class, now and longer term

Thoughts?

>Stocks and Mortgages crash with the Fed promising future inflation
Where do you think all that money is going to go? Powell will either step in, or the politicans will suddenly realize where are their wealth and donors wealth is tied up in. Investors and Conservative Normies have been eyeing Gold for the past month.... The argument for a deflationary collapse is a bluff as the chaos would literally have people dragged out of offices and executed on the streets by mobs.

This is exactly what we in PMG want. Chaos.

They went on recess instead of shaming the Dems back to the table. Neither party fucking cares about you. Stop sucking the dicks of people who literally don’t give a shit if you die.

QE, in particular OMO, is when the Fed instructs Primary Dealer jews to buy treasuries on their behalf. These Primary Dealers (pretty much national commercial banks) buy treasuries, first with their own cash, then the fed flips them reserve balances for the treasuries. So initially there is a DECREASE in the money supply, as the banks use their own capital to buy these bonds. There is incentive to play along with OMO because Fed reserve balances earn like 0.01% interest, where as cash earns nothing.

The reserves also let the banking jews make more loans, which has been their profit model for decades. This is the logic behind QE. It allows more money to be created by fractional reserve banking, which is a thing even in times without QE. Basically ALL money is created out of thin air by fractional reserve banking. Commercial banks print money every time they create a loan. QE just tries to get them to do more loans.

It gets deeper but I will pause for questions.

Well >>22396562 already said it. Banks are not lending because its too risky.

Another theory is that they are not lending on purpose to cause more deflation to force the Fed to do more QE. QE guarantees a yuge spike in bond prices, which banks have conveniently been stacking over the past few months.

>> No.22397187

the only inflation QE can cause is financial asset inflation.

If the fed gives the banks cash for financial assets, and the banks then buy more assets (and don't loan the money to the people) then the QE never gets into the hands of the people. it's all stuck in finance-land.

I thought so too but ACTCHUALLY its because of QE making risk-free returns on treasuries inoperable. The yield gets too low, so every entity that held bonds moves big dick money into equities looking for comparable returns.

Banks can't spend reserve balances from the Fed, they can only create loans against them. At least in the USA. In Switzerland, the SNB literally printed money to buy US equities.

ok that's fascinating I didn't realize that about the bank reserve only being able to be used for loans.

so we're essentially in a total bond frothing-at-the-mouth mania, yields are close to nil, and real yields are negative. to me it sounds like END GAME for this 40 year bull run cycle (yields falling since 1970) which conveniently was when the US went full off gold standard.

that means yields will essentially have to be pegged artifically low to keep the bubble from popping.

if it popped, the un-manipulated yields would probably be high like 8% and monkey-hammer equities lower bc of the high discount rate.

So what happens from here?

I am going off of the Feds actual data here:
https://www.federalreserve.gov/releases/h8/current/

And also there is a senior top jew loan officer report that comes out, I think monthly. I will check for source.

Another good source(s) I owe you are 2 studies that showed banks for years now are moving away from the net-interest profit model, and towards asset appreciation profit model. That goes right back to >>22397143 bond bull theory. Banks hold a lot of bonds on their balance sheet AND they have the power to constrict money creation (lending). Credit Channel - not working bc banks are hoarding cash i.e. increased lending standards, no HELOC originations

Portfolio rebalancing - I can see how fund managers would take the cash from sales of treasuries and buy other assets. Inflation for financial assets aka collateral, letting them borrow more to buy more. note banks are probably still lending to these kinds of outfits just as always.

exchange rate - yea DXY has been hit lower, weaking dollar and pushing stock prices higher. (bc muh worthless dollar)

Fiscal effect - yeah, lower yields, gubment can borrow at more attractive rates (for now)

signaling effect - bigtime

The deflationary pressure is the decrease in money supply = higher DXY, lower assets prices.

The inflation you are seeing in life is cost-push inflation. Increased energy costs, higher taxes, higher VAT, tariffs, jew fees. Pretty much everything but NOT inflation in money supply.

>>22397561
The price of physical PM in a rational world goes down, not counting the psychological effects which may or may not outweigh deflation.

Note that uncontrolled deflation means US default on debts. Not likely to happen. We are not experiencing deflation right now, just LOWER inflation rates (disinflation) which will eventually be negative if neglected, my negro.

so basically the guys at Bunker Hill had a bunch of interns digitize all their historic and recent drilling / underground ore grade notes into a 3d map that than with a bit of work from some geos has shown potential new exploration targets that they will have to investigate. These guys are lucky as hell that the archive data was left intact, usually when a company goes dormant for 40 years everything gets abandoned and destroyed by asshole kids. This is good news for Bunker Hill, they can work from this historic data and build a 43-101 compliant data set that can be properly presented to the market. This cuts a lot of the bullshit out of the way.

THEY are the ones running the fed. The fed is like.. what is is when there's a money laundering operation. The fed is like the front for their money making because they dictate its policy behind the curtains.

best places too look for old coins are abandoned towns or town sites. You try and locate the old boardwalks or street edges, even patios from bars or hotels. The Legendary Bill Barlee, treasure hunter discovered over $40,000 in gold and silver coins, guns and other valuables when he dug up the old town of Fairview BC. For the hobby detectorist, your best bet is to look up archive info of your local area and try to find areas of high traffic that have now been abandoned. Battlefields will only have bullets and buttons usually, sometimes a lost gun.

my current theory is disinflation near term due to bridge loans, PPP, unemployment stop-gapping. keep in mind these are all allowed only because of the US having the world reserve currency and being able to borrow trillions and not having to pay back shit.

Deflation (big d word) medium term because sustainability of gubment debt and US dollar world reserve status comes into serious question due to US taking advantage of it so hard, and US agrees to stop stealing from everyone.

Inflation long term (UBI, Fedcoin), gauranteeing a targeted inflation rate. none of this. That won't fuck around because it's not the whole "lets give gobs of cash to the banks and just hope they lend it out to the peasants", but giving it direct to the peasants on their goyphones.

good question. your statement is right, bond yields decrease as the price (remember, price and value are very very different. you had value instead of price) of aftermarket debts increase.

just as in any bubble, there is a point at which selling begets more selling, and a panic can happen. So the demand of the bonds would drop, and consequentially the yields of the bonds would rise.

who cares?

well, as yields rise, stock prices fall. (i can go into more detail if needed)

if stocks fall, then normies panic and stop buying shit, banks stop lending, and the economy stops (see 2008).

there's one thing that can stop this domino effect from happening, and that is not letting yields rise (same as saying, not letting demand for bonds drop).

That is why the fed is buying bonds, to keep the yields low.

>just as in any bubble, there is a point at which selling begets more selling, and a panic can happen. So the demand of the bonds would drop, and consequentially the yields of the bonds would rise.
But aren't government bonds a popular safe haven (along with PMs) during times of stock market turmoil? Why would people start panic selling bonds when stocks go down? Bonds always at the very least promise to give the investor their money back! Unless hyper inflation strikes, they'll be cutting their investments even at least, right? Or are we reaching a point when the cup of printed money spills over?

Maybe you should consider a shell name just for shipping purposes like what SD Bearings does so people don't see "silver" on the label and jack it

Peak smooth brain. The only type of inflation that the Fed tries to control is money supply and interest rate targets. Increased costs of food, gas, dildos, etc. are all cost-push factors.

If inflation was due to Fed policy we would see a continuous trend down on indices like the DXY or TWEXB

While Bayhorse is still speculative you entered at a pretty good price. Impact is fantastic. You`ll do well with these two, just be patient for the correction to end. Charts look like we have another month to go before the next leg up

Many government debts (inside EU as well as Japan I think) offer negative interest. What's astonishing to me is that in my country the rate keeps going more negative -- there is no panic selling despite negative interest. I wonder why that is

Is it better to just get the cheapest price over spot possible, or is there some advantage to buying specific coins, like Britannias or Eagles? I assume with the more collector-ish coins like those bats the advantage is it will have more value one day being a collector's item?
