Why do I have a margin debit when I didn't purchase any securities beyond the "Available to Trade Without Margin Impact" number?
Example, it said:
Available to Trade Without Margin Impact: $3000
So I purchased $2900 worth of securities
Now it says I have a margin debit of, say, $300
How the fuck do you know when you're going to be borrowing? Does the cash have to be settled to avoid this? If so, is there any reason to have a margin account vs a cash account? I just wanted to avoid having to wait for cash to settle goddammit

It's backward: the minorities are not coming to fill jobs that exist but americans aren't taking. This should tell you that something is fundamentally wrong about the whole affair because the person being paid 6 figures sees the cost-consequence curve in their life as less favorable than a neet's. That should not be possible. The only way this is possible is due to deep-seated socio-politico-economical issues that are only solvable on at least a national, if not international (cf illegal jobs and outsourcing) scale.

2- There are something like 100 applications for every single position, but farmers don't get as many gibs by accepting them, and can't hire raul for next to nothing if he accepts an american, so he discards all applications, as I've mentioned before.

we live in crazy times now because of the pandemic, friend. i do dip buying via DCA for longer term holds but i stopped doing that after this recent "tech bubble crash" we're seemingly dealing with. now i've just gone back to day trading and DCA'ing shorts on the VXX because the volatility is pretty crazy right now.

i guess all im saying is it's a great time to day trade and a bad time to hold overnight because things are very unpredictable now with volatility increasing. pretty sure there are ways to day trade options too, you might want to look into that. but classic boring long term strats likely won't work well until next year at the earliest considering elections are coming up too.
