Difference between Swipe and Binance card is that Binance has more funding to offer different kind of perks and program, but Binance card usage requires SXP burns, so it doesn't matter if Swipe succeeds SXP moons, if Binance card succeeds SXP moons. Binance is the majority holder of Swipe, does not seem likely at all they are in it for a pump and dump, especially since Swipe CEO is also Binance card CEO.
