Today marks an important day for the cryptocurrency space.

For far too long cryptocurrency has been labelled as “The Wild West” of investment sectors. Scams, hacks and bad actors have tainted what was once a niche community of like-minded individuals, working towards the common goal of a global, decentralized economy.

Today marks a day of change. A day where the community takes a stand and unites against these negative entities, as we vow to protect current and future investors from their harms.

Today the teams of Foresight, DEXTools and Anti-Scam Token would like to announce the creation of the Crypto Investors Protection Alliance (CIPA).

CIPA is a group that aims to protect cryptocurrency investors and offer an option for businesses and projects to verify their authenticity, through our seal of approval.

It is an alliance of companies all under the same philosophy, with the intention of making cryptocurrency a more reputable asset class for investors and businesses.

This is just the beginning for us.

Already we have received interest from a number of projects and groups hoping to gain our seal of approval. We’ll be on the lookout for others who share our vision of a safer, more reputable cryptocurrency space.
