Uniswap is awesome. I use kyberswap and rainbow. I’ve used the new MetaMask app but prefer the latter. The apps have their own wallets. You can keep them in there or send them wherever you want.

And I personally use Kyberswap. Uniswap is dope, but Kyber has everything I need.

As per taxes, you'll have to report them, however CB does report what's coming in and out of your bank to the feds.
Now, if you're planning on avoiding taxes, then you need to avoid CB (which is hard, but not impossible).

If you do plan to go the CB route, make sure the bank account you wanna deposit funds too is not a native account (from your country).
There are plenty of caribbean countries you can travel to and open an account there.
Then, you send you profits to there, and then move those profits from your caribbean bank to a paypal or stripe account that is NOT under your name (I use stripe as there are more currencies available).
Now you're ready to move money to your main account.

Your bank has a threshold when it comes to deposits, and any transaction that exceeds the threshold gets alerted and flagged.
Banks send this to feds, and feds figure out where the money comes from.

All you gotta do at this point, is move money SLOWLY and in small increments, to avoid being flagged.
You do this correctly, and everything should be OK.
I would advise to withdraw your money from your bank account immediately, so that if the feds do ever catch you, when they hit you with a bank levy, you'll be in the clear.

Deposits are instant on CB pro but you still have to wait several days before you can withdraw it so you end up waiting for RSR either way.
