It's legal issue as USA only single global power which can enforce it's laws overseas if their citizens interest are fucked or state interest. Don't worry guys. I was right fucking there with 4 ETH and my transactions absolutely would not go through, even after I frantically increased gas and price/gas. Five transactions just sat in outbound before giving an absolute unhelpful error. Someone in the morning thread said it's an issue with the Parity wallet. Just fuck my transactions up yo.

Anyone going into an ico should have a couple of wallets ready to send in case one of them shits itself. I learned my lesson, at least.
