Read this to get some background on YFI vaults:

Read about the collateralization ratio's that yVaults are using (200% required)
This is the key difference between YFI and YFVII. We do not have the 200% requirement, but instead can use exactly 150%, meaning ROI is higher for MakerDAO DAI borrowing

The reason we can do this is because we can outperform liquidation txes by using Ethereum gas refunds
Ethereum gas refunds => you store a value that consumes gas, and remove it at an opportune time later so you get an ETH refund. This let's a smart contract conjure up ETH when it needs it, no need to transfer it first
