Higher lows. Reminder this dip is just before the run above 15k, and it will probably dip back to 12 before going to 19, and it will probably dip back to 15 after that. Once we crack 22k the next bullrun goes to 80-100k low end for bitcoin and if youre feeling lucky, 190-450ish k.

Most of the money will be made in alts the next run, it is very possible Bitcoin just mempool caps around 25k and dies out entirely, being replaced by things like BCH and LTC.
