Just don't live somewhere the lower class is aggressive. I live around working class plebs (because I'm poor) and they're all pleasant enough. Clean houses, maintained property, etc.

if you have like $10M+ i would go to a conservative coastal town in northern california that’s 95% white 4% chink (yes these places exist). maybe hard to fit in if you didn’t grow up rich but you’ll at least be able to enjoy good weather and food, which is hard to get in other niggerless conservative areas
