22298210 No.22298210 [Reply] [Original]

I have $20,000, and will be re-entering the crip toe market after the bloody Tuesday tomorrow. I don't gamble on pump-and-dump flavor-of-the-week shitcoins, and I will also never buy LINK either, so those are off the table.

Is this one of the safer long-term (4 years) holds? I will be 30 by then and ready to retire.

Ethereum - $4000
Cardano - $4000
Tezos - $2000
XRP - $2000
XLM - $2000
Cosmos - $2000
VeChain - $2000
Icon (ICX) - $2000

Retirement $$ needed: $4,000,000

Before re-entering, you should read up on what changed. Judging by your portfolio, you've dabbled with crypto 2017/2018 and then forgot about it.
XRP is a meme token by now, don't let the schizos talk you into this.

Both are actually used in the wild, although just in the beginning stages, and have mad connections in respective industries. This was the reason for those picks.

A lot of those coins are direct competitors anon, you'd do well to swap a couple of them out for different projects. If you have any sort of commercial background or can get by reading legalese, I'd recommend looking at the Kleros yellow paper.

I actually really like Ripple the company, their team, their vision, and their connections in the industry. XRP the token is a wild card, though. The way I see it, it will either explode beyond belief, or fade into obscurity - nothing in between. I am willing to invest in it based on its huge potential. I don't understand how it's a "meme", as you have put it.

>>22298380
Direct competition is fine by me. There won't be just a single winner in each category. I have looked into Kleros before, and have determined that it absolutely is not something I would even put my money into. Decentralized courthouse? No thanks.

I dislike ads with passion and actively block them, therefore I will never invest into ANYTHING that even remotely smells like an ad.

>ATOM

>ALGO
I know nothing about it, but will look into it. Why would you, yourself, put money into it, aside from pure speculation?

>COMP
Seems like a DeFi FOMO scam to me.

Buy 12k worth of Ethereum so you can afford a staking node (which starts at 32 ETH) and put the rest into XRP, but don't forget to claim your free flare tokens on December 12th based on your XRP holdings and to set up your node once staking comes out for ETH.

Low volume, and way too many failures and fake promises over the last several years. I wish it the best of luck, but I have absolutely no faith in it, nor in its team. The forehead guy didn't even take it seriously for the longest time.

About XCM, I recommended it because you're willing to play the long game and XCM is certainly not an instant moon shot, yet it will grow into a slow but sure success. How long are crypto traders going to tolerate the ridiculous practices of binance and their chink buddies? Coinmetro will be the true bridge towards normies.

Forehead has been working on CM 24/7 for the past 3+ years, even if you somehow don't see the potential of CM or don't like their UI or whatever, if there is ever a "don't bet on the horse, bet on the jockey" case in crypto, it has to be The Murcko.

That said, turning €20k into €4M in 4 years is going to be a hard task if you want to keep your risk somewhat low. The only way I see it happen is to throw it all on a sub 1M project and pray for the best.

DO NOT BUY CARDANO OR XLM. They're shitcoins with bad economics. Cardano might one day have a working product, but they've been begging to be overtaken by anyone with a pulse (LINK, DOT, etc).

The other coins you have are okay, but you should probably buy some non-bitcoin correlated crypto assets instead of gambling on more reputable shitcoins.

Why not just go 50% eth, with 10% in 5 of your favorite projects that you will select over 5 weeks.
