What do you do all day?

I've been into bitcoin for 7 years, and I've wasted away drinking and smoking pot once I made some money.
I also got sucked into drama I shouldn't let affect my life, like caring about politics, banking, how other people act, etc.

So I bought a dirt bike and a mountain bike and just ride everyday to clear my head.
I seriously think I broke something in my head watching my net worth go up and down so rapidly, paired with drinking/drugs, and caring about politics.

I hope you figure something out OP and don't self destruct.

Literally nothing besides browse the internet. I literally wait all day until it times to go to sleep, thats how bored i am on a daily basis.

there was a period of my life were i would drink like crazy every night, i dont regret it because it was actually kinda fun at the time. now alcohol just gives my a nasty feeling. kinda sucks because at least i wasnt so fucking bored

Get some sunshine and find a hobby.
It sounds gay and sometimes it's a pain organizing everything and cleaning up afterwards but it's worth it.

I'd say try some vitamins, medicinal mushrooms, or even a small psilocybin dose and light exercise just get the brain kick started again.

Read potent books. Realize that you are the aggregate of the information/sensations/stimuli you surround yourself with. I don't think there is an answer that will bring you fulfillment overnight, but if you begin to consume fulfilling material, it will rub off on you over time

As others have said, experiment with mushrooms (don't lean on it as an escape, but as an endeavor in gaining a different perspective), or learn about spirituality. You don't have to commit yourself to any religion to find a connection with God or otherwise find a purpose outside of yourself.
