anons I have a huge issue with panic selling whenever the market dumps hard I sell how do I fix this? And the worst thing is I buy back late, so right now I’m not buying link because I think it’s too early but when it reaches 15 I will buy.

You need to make an overall estimate of what you think the market is going to do, If you are buying crypto you should believe in this shit being basically the next internet, then spread out your purchases so that you buy over time and it will even out your entry cost for the better or worse, but you ensure you don't lose half your stack in a dip.

Also look at the moving averages to determine if it is a high or low price you are buying at and If you always buy under it then you should be fine, on it is ok, and above it is not great but doesn't matter if you average over time.

You don't have a panic selling problem, you have a FOMO buying problem.

Don't buy coins if they are at or near their 30D ATH. You are going to miss some moon missions but you also usually aren't going to lose a lot of money if you buy a coin that is sitting on a stable base.

If a coin has been crabbing for a while make sure you figure out why. If the project is dead then move along.
