So I live in NJ
>neighbor listed a house for rent in april
>no response
>listed it for sale
>3 months later still listed

I know in other areas housing is booming. Lumber/raw materials is up 3x and mortgage rates are bottoming out.

Furthermore USD devaluing with inflation. im thinking houses are going to skyrocket

WFH will make suburbs skyrocket while making inner city housing collapse. Silicon Valley prices will finally drop substantially.
Also helicopter money won't cause inflation for a while. They've stopped giving stimulus checks, so most of the stimulus is now going into making the rich richer.
