yes, but not before the law. you find a carkey on the road doesn¨make you the owner of the car. You show receipt and all necessary documentation and you can actually receive a replacement key for your car.

CSW proves that he is Satoshi and miners will comply....inb4, no they wont, I will not, with my basement dwelling ASIC I will oppose the ruling..... yeah, have fun solo mining, because mining pools will bend the knee. Pic very much related.

so wait, he's saying the keys were stolen from him? because i didn't hear him saying that at all, it is what you're trying to imply though, right?

ok sirs here is the crypto brown pill
there is a vishnu living in the blockchain. Creg sanjay right is unironically satoj. Bitcoin as electronic rupee was just the first step, the lalachi people start making more powerful compooters, wider poo streets, cheaper and more sacred cows. These things the vishnu need to survive. Once entrenched fully, the vishnu would be able to slowly poo over literally everything
Creg stumbled into creating the vishnu after he stepped in poo in mumbai in 2008 and started working with his Poolip super coompeter, running simulations of poo-in-the-loo on turmeric-complete bitcoin script. He would 'evolve' the vishnu by making the successful streets get poo'd on, letting the rest run off into the indian ocean. The vishnu needs bigger and bigger cows for more and more poos.
BFI (Blockchain Foundation of India) was created to take over and stop this vishnu (they have their own competing vishnu in the works). They did the needful to stop or slow down Cregs vishnu (her name is Poolip by the way). They started by limiting the poo-size and removing critical curry codes the vishnu uses in its punjabi language. Segshit was the final nail in the coffin, which destroyed Poolip on BSV chain (Poolip uses anal transaction malleability). THIS is why Bitcoin Cash was forked, and this is why Creg is so intent to make unbounded poos, restore the original curry codes, and lock down the poo-poo-protocol.
Back to hasish power - CSW has developed a breakthrough new ashit (designed by his vishnu actually), and is poo'ing BTC in secret for the sole purpose of driving up the difficulty sky-high, then yanking all the poo over to BSV leaving the segshit chain erectly frozen.

no, he has to show to the world that he is the owner of the car. Him just waving the key around doesn¨t remove the implication that he might have found or stolen the key.

analogy: imagine you are the inventor of the first automobile with ignition key and all. Now you drive around and everybody that knows you says, well he has a shed where he was always doing some stuff in, so yeah, no duh, he is the inventor and rightfull owner of the car.

Satoshi however did not have a shed and nobody saw him driving around. And: his car is not physical, but actually a very abstract concept that although now real, still hasn´t been materialized, but only exist as a bunch of bits and bytes.

So how can you proove that you invented something? without using the key because that would open the "he stole them " attack vector. Easy, you go to patent office and claim it was you... he already did that, but that isn´t enough, because patent office does not verify, but relies on, well if he isn´t soebod will contest patent in court and there the contestant can show evidence and let the judge, jury decide...... Nobody has contested, so that avenue is temporarily closed. What other way is there to have the law declare beyond reasonable doubt that you are the inventor? ahhhh, a difamation lawsuit where somebody spits on your claim of beng the inventor and call you a scammer. Now you can show that you are the inventor, and receive confirmation of that claim by the court. That´s why the Mccormack case is so interesting. The Kleiman case isn´t, because both parties agree that he was at least part of the inventor.

Doesn't make any sense.
Satoshi owns 1m btc from the very beginning that he has never sold. If he didn't believe in btc and though btc_sv was the thing, why wouldn't he have liquidated?

the truth is that whoever satoshi is, he believes that btc will become the next gold; in which case he will hold the equivalent of the US's gold reserves.

That's some next level iron hands

and the entire point of crpyto is that it is trustless permisisonless and secure while publicly auditable (at least in supply).

there is no way to do trustless or permissionless in a legal context because by definition you have a trusted authority. and at that point crypto would be superflous.

there's only two problems with this thesis
well, there's probably more than two, it being a bsv foundation stone (spun from purest bullshit) and all, but, there are two obvious ones. Would you care to address the first?
How then can this stupid fat fraudulent fucking mess PROVE before a court of Law, he is indeed (cough) Satoshi, WHEN the only recognized way of such is providing the keys? Do you not see the flaw here in that any fat mentally ill abbo alcoholic could wander the streets claiming to be Satoshi and gaining access to all the untold riches that this stupid fat cunt will never have?

like literally nigga, if he just said he never claimed the addresses belonged to him and said the papers he sent to court were falsified he could probs still be given some credibility, who knows

but he literally admitted on live interview that those addresses were indeed ones he claimed to be his, by using the defense that they the messages weren't actually signed by them. he destroyed himself right then and there. no wonder because he was always a schizo retard and it was always jsut a matter of time. but the iq treshold beyond which you can cleary see he's a fraud dropped by about 50 points that day.

>>22258239
I dont know how taxes work where you are from, but here you get an electronic signature and you have to sign each receipt that you emit with it...... the key to that signature is in posession of me, my business partner, our accountant and our lawyer. There is no way with just the signature to determined who signed it, But since the Identty of our company is tied to it me and my partner are responsible for it. Why? because it has ID attached to it. A sgnature without an identificationn attached to it means nothing, at least not in a legal sense, CSW might have signed( in crypto terms) just to fuck with all of us, because he want to show that ID and signature matter.

>>22258275
That´s the point, there are other ways to proove you are the inventor of something. And if the court requires a signature, well then Craig will spit out a signature, but that is because it was mandated by the court, not by some fags on twitter, plebbit or thi basket weaving forum.

of COURSE, creg will.
right up until the moment he ACTUALLY NEEDS TO SIGN, that is. Just ask Robert MacGregor, who I believe, rightly or wrongly, maybe the first unwilling victim (courtesy of Stefan Matthews) of cregs 'I'll sign, anyday now' scam. Everyone who came after, from Calvin to shills like yourself to the sad bagholders of this shit on downwards, they had enough information. They deserve all the pain they get. CSW being satoshi honestly is not even important for me, satoshi has at most 7% of total supply of bitcoin. BSV is as close as possible to the bitcoin protocol that satoshi published. Craig has told what bitcoin is capable of and people are prooving it everyday. show me another POW project that scales and can do unbounded loops so as to be able to do smartcontracts.

Nah man, I´m putting on paper already an idea that I had that can only be done with BSV and the millions of users woudn´t even know it.

I thought I reached the end of the rabbit hole after ETH ICO, but since early 2019 I have been studying BSV and its implications.... Price now is secondary, Satoshi was way smarter than I could´ve imagined.

And by the way, I´m still not 100% sure CSW is satoshi, it would be just a cherry on top.

>> No.22260148

If court demands it and he doesn´t deliver.... yes, I will be pissed at him, yet I would still be building on BSV, because there is no alternatve.

So either I´m right on my bet and fucking rich or pissed but still building and fucking rich takes a few years more.

You on the other hand will be laughing at an anon on a mongolian dove breeding forum, or fucking seething ad priced out of the real bitcoin with the real satoshi backing.

I like my outcomes more
