Yeah we did secret jiu jitsu through the whole lockdown, and actual covid went through work and I never got sick. Nobody died. One guy had a shitty cough for a couple days.

I got it thanks to my open office international company hell in February before it was officially recognized and couldn't do anything to prevent being in contact with it for 1 month as everyone was sick at the same time.
It was certainly worst than a flu for me because I got a higher load of the virus by being in the building for the 1 month when I was sick.
There were times I couldn't breath and had to sit to sleep for 3 days. Then I was better until I went back to work and was sick again.
However using a mask won't help you and it will only increase the negative effects of a sickness and increase the probability of dying from it.
The best thing to do if you get sick is to isolate yourself and reduce contact with the outside world for 1 month until you are cured.
Take a higher dose of C vitamin (1g for each 20kg->3-4g/day, 1g/4h max) and take Zinc and Quercetin if you are sick.

This sickness will only kill you if you are over 80 or heavily sick and overweight, with an extremely unhealthy life.
