yeah banks give cashback on credit card purchases generally, but they either limit the cashback severely or forbid ways that enable a 'reload' process. if you think about it, you could also buy gold with the card, buy crypto for gold, and rinse repeat. there are a million ways to abuse a system and banks secure themselves against them.
