There are tons literal tons of precious metals in Africa still but they are currently unobtainable as 1: the nations that have ththeththem don't have the technological capabilities to access that. 2: and I shot you not companies don't trust the locals not to steal shit so they don't bother sending miners there or hiring local miners.
