Not same guy but basically it aims to be the kick-starter of tokens, really interesting stuff. The actual platform releases in December but the token itself just came out of presale. The top 200 holders actually get dividends on each successfull token launch in the form of a cut of tokens in said currency. It is honestly a great idea, a creator can pitch a new token via the interface and set a soft cap (in eth) that must be met before tokens are generated and that creates a guarantee. Read the whitepaper and decide urself but personally I'm holding a small bag because I think it will grow in value.
