If you have Akro on an exchange, send it to a wallet (hardware or software), then use Metamask or WalletConnect to link your wallet to the Delphi site and go to the Stake section, where they ask you how much you want to stake. Your will need ETH in your wallet for GAS and will have to approve the ETH fee from your wallet (it's a little expensive right now). If you want to get in this week, you better hurry - the pool is nearly full.
