You're thinking about it all wrong. First of all, what stops them from simply coming up with new ways to more strongly integrate the coin in their business?
Second of all, them holding big bags wouldn't be the only reason they want the coin to do good, think about this for a second, what other benefits does it add to a crypto related business if their coin does good?
For starters, if they coin does good it creates a huge amount of exposure and basically free advertisement for their product, we've seen this after their first moon, how much exposure they have gotten. And also, the strenght of their coin is a power position on the crypto market, the higher the mcap of the coin, the more likely big business and unicorns wil want to work together with them. So believe me, they have every reason to want this coin to do good.
