Yes, there is. Read more. It will just take you more time to get good at it than those who built their brains to be good at reading. It won't make you as good as someone who has been reading for their entire lives but at least you will be proficient at it. Example: learning a language. I was very good in English at the age of 12 whereas my mother barely started being able to read and write well at the age of 16. She's a French-English translator now ,yet, I am still better than her in English, but she can definitely keep up with me. It's an uphill battle, but you'll do fine, I am sure; if you can begin to think about your own weaknesses and establish them, then you are surely smart enough to turn them into an advantage.
