If I were you, I would take a couple of months off, until November, and just do whatever the fuck you want until the scamdemic is over.
Once it's done, breed dogs and grow some fruits and veggies.
You'll make okay money with the dogs, probably fucking love it (because what maniacal monster doesn't like puppies?) and have something to keep you busy.
As for long term, take about 10k-20k and ride some moonshots and try not to be obsessed.
