it may swing below a penny briefly, actually I would expect to see a huge down trend before institutional money flows in, they will tank the price before they shift into crypto. They will cause a dip large enough to cause a lot of panic selling and buy into everything and cause the largest FOMO event into crypto has seen causing a majority shift into crypto and people will be in denial as it's happening. A lot will expect the dollar to recover but it won't, not to what it was anyway. Eventually the older generations will fade and we will be the grand daddies of crypto then and as we lay on our islands our grandchildren will ask us about what it was like during the beginning times of crypto. long everything, thank me in 5-10 years
