I don't know about regular log homes, but making Lincoln log homes is a very fruitful business. I sell most of my creations for about 10K, and use on average about 200 imperial credits of logs and glue.

Something about log cabins/houses that arouses me. When I stay in one I literally have to jack off in it. I am not joking. It’s like jerking off in the woods or out in nature. It is fucking peaceful and comfy. I don’t jerk off to the wood or anything weird like that, I just like jerking off in nature, with the proper porn of course. Yea

Log homes are comfy, but you're going to have to make sure it's sealed and reapply varnish regularly. Otherwise, you'll have to deal with rot and mold. Get a composite exterior instead. They're low maintenance, never have to replace them, and much better value for money.

currently live in a cabin. there's lots of house spiders, but they're fine to deal with. stinkbugs are what sucks for a few weeks every year. they get in the cracks and come out when it's warm. otherwise, they hold the heat/ac well and are comfy as fuck
