What are some good coins/tokens for someone with 100k USD? how about 1M USD?

But only a few lowcaps like YFI and XOR manage to go high up enough so I can cash out.
If I try to buy with 10k I need to make a deal with someone or else I increase the price too much.
Maybe 2-3k in lowcaps, but which lowcaps cause the altseason /biz/ started by itself seems to have went through a drought. Only like 4-5 projects since May survived this far.
