how do you do this when the boomers over at bitcoin can't run smart contract code? you can't even write an oracle for it if bitcoin is not able to call anything. you need a third-party smart contract trusted execution environment to make it work, but anything smaller than eth or btc would have an incentive to attack them if trusted completely.
