It's not always like that, I mostly sleep 6 hours, but sometimes I wake up after 4 hours and can't fall asleep again. There's no point to trying since I've gone to bed and rolled around for several hours before falling asleep, and not because I was tired. If I could choose to never sleep I would, but I can function on 4 hours for most of the day and that's fine. I know it's not healthy but I have the most restful sleep when I'm dead tired so I try to delay it as much as I can.

Another difference is that VWMA is over a horizon (I use 200) while VWAP is usually over a training session.
I use ATR * 4 for buy and ATR * 16 for sell (i.e. quite generous either way, it's 20 ATR difference from peak to trough.
Additionally, I base myself entirely on QQQ for this. The values might change for other ETFs. The goal is to make them correspond to "coordinated" drops related to your interests (QQQ is tech-weighted, DOW is industrial-weighted, etc. so if you were a boomer you might have a better chance using this method with fixed up values on a DOW ETF).
