Part of the reason I like using a US state-level entity (TXBD) is you have a sovereign entity - State of TX in this case - creating the legal bulwark against Federal level BS. Should the feds try to confiscate/suspend/or otherwise fuck with it, TX with their "come and take it" 'tude will sue back. Even if TX doesn't prevail, there will be more than enough time for depositors to withdraw their bullion and seek greener pastures...or suffer series of unfortunate boating accidents.

Like the idea of diversifying holdings across locations - Singapore would be my #2 spot but don't yet have enough to justify it.
