Did the price move during your swap attempt. I've had slippage errors even with it set to 5% slippage
Close uniswap, reopen it before you try again
Do it as fast as you can, make sure you locked in the latest price
Use enough gas for a 40 second confirmation - go to advanced and set it yourself
Make sure you have enough eth to cover fees
