When a coin raises in price does my pooled ethereum automatically raise in price as well?

I see pools where the liquidity doubles with the coin's price.

Your coins are sold for ethereum when a coin rises in price. That's why your ethereum in the pool will go up and your coins will decrease

the price of eth doesn't change but you will gain more eth. say you pool 1 eth of tokens
1000 tokens @ 1 eth
1 eth @ 1 eth
now the price goes way up, your pooled tokens would look like this
700 tokens @ 1.2 eth
1.2 eth @ 1.2 eth
google impermanent loss
