I don't measure weight. I just use one heaping tablespoon each morning before work and afternoon after I get home. I find its pretty manageable as long as I don't use more than twice a day. I would def get a little sick if I stopped though

Bros I've been using this stuff for 6 months now and it's fucking me up. I'm probably way worse than you guys but past 2 months been taking about 30g a day. I got my testosterone levels checked and they're way low for my age and I think its because of this shit. Also get anxious as fuck when I don't have any. I'm going cold turkey tomorrow. Wish me luck and don't go overboard with this shit like I did.

Do not go cold turkey, and taking that much a day is fucking insane. Your T levels aren’t effected by kratom really because it’s just plant fiber. You’re probably just fucked up high and too lazy/have a poor diet.
